Begin your week in a calm, supportive space, exploring practices that nurture your body, mind, and nervous system.

All tools explored are drawn from an evidence-based, ongoing 8-week yoga therapy programme for stress, anxiety, and nervous system regulation.

Each session includes the ancient tools of yoga — such as breathwork, mindful movement, restorative postures, and guided relaxation — alongside other evidence-based techniques designed to support nervous system regulation and resilience.

Sessions are structured so you leave with practical tools you can carry off the mat and use throughout your week to support calm, balance, and steadiness in everyday life.

This is a nurturing, non-judgmental space to slow down, reconnect, and integrate practices that bring ease, steadiness, and balance into your week.

Whether you’re feeling stretched thin or simply want to start the week grounded, you are warmly welcome here.

Namaste! I'm Chelsi-lee

I teach a gentle Yoga class at Warwick house- Wednesday evenings 6-7pm.

Classes are beginner-friendly with a big focus on mobilising all of the joints, creating space in the body, and supporting the downregulation of the nervous system.

My approach to teaching is gentle and somatic with a huge focus on mindfulness and present-moment awareness.

I invite you to tune into your own body and move in a way that feels good for you- rather than striving for any final shape —trusting that true progress and flexibility, gradually comes from honoring your inner experience and that the final shape comes naturally as your body softens, opens, and trusts.


Suitable for those who have never done yoga before or with modifications for those who are in need of more of a challenge- classes are accessible to everyone, no matter your experience.

As a little added bonus—I often bring in sound healing instruments during savasana to help you fully drop in to the meditation and soften at the end of class.

You’re bound to leave class feeling a little more free in your body, a little more calm in your mind, and a lot more connected to yourself <3

This 8-week, evidence-based programme is designed to create lasting change, not just temporary relief.

Through breath, gentle movement, meditation, and mindfulness, you’ll build emotional resilience and learn practical skills to self-manage your own well-being long-term.

Learn to breathe with awareness, meditate with confidence, and build a personal toolkit you can draw on for life — resources to help you stay grounded, centered, and calm whenever life feels overwhelming.

Who it’s for:
Anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, or looking for practical tools to regulate their nervous system, feel more calm, grounded, and in control.

All levels welcome — no flexibility or prior yoga experience needed.

This programme includes: 🧘‍♀️

  • 8 in-person therapeutic yoga sessions, each themed to build progressively. Topics include:
    The Autonomic Nervous System, Vagus Nerve Toning, Mindfulness, Somatic Awareness, and more.

  • Each session provides:
    ✔ A unique breathing technique
    ✔ Gentle movement to release stress and tension
    ✔ A guided meditation
    ✔ Lifetime to access to a Google shared folder with resources to support your practice

  • All props provided: mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets

  • Ongoing support in a warm, small-group environment

You’ll leave with:

  • Skills to self-regulate your nervous system and build resilience

  • A toolkit of breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices for everyday life

  • Confidence in meditation through guided exposure to different styles

  • Gentle movement practices to release stored stress and tension

  • Session resources you can keep and return to anytime
