This is a gentle, guided session designed to help your body come out of stress and into a state of calm and safety.
In this deeply calming and accessible session, you’ll experience:
• A simple, science-backed technique to shift your body out of fight or flight and into rest and restore
• A grounding diaphragmatic breathing practice to soothe the nervous system
• Gentle, breath-led movement to release tension and quiet the mind
• A guided Progressive Muscle Relaxation to support deep rest
• BONUS: Immerse in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls
You’ll leave with simple practices to carry into your daily life, ready to use whenever you need calm, balance, or grounding.
No yoga experience or flexibility needed. All bodies welcome.

This session also offers a glimpse into the full Nervous System Reset — an 8-week yoga therapy journey, for those who feel ready to go deeper. No pressure to continue.
