
An 8-Week Yoga Therapy Programme for Stress, Anxiety & Nervous System Regulation

This session focuses on the theme of regulating the nervous system and includes:
• A diaphragmatic breathing technique to support calm and balance
• A relieving breath practice to release tension
• Gentle movement designed to ease stress and stiffness
• A guided Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) meditation
• The healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls to further soothe and down-regulate the nervous system
Bonus: Learn a science-backed technique to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and support vagal tone.
