This 8-week journey is designed to create lasting change — not just temporary relief.
Through breath, gentle movement, meditation, and mindfulness, you’ll begin to build emotional resilience and develop practical tools to support your well-being beyond the sessions.
You’ll learn to breathe with awareness, feel more at ease in your body, and create a personal toolkit you can return to whenever you need — helping you stay grounded, steady, and calm amidst the ups and downs of daily life.
This programme is for anyone experiencing stress or anxiety, or simply looking for supportive, practical ways to regulate the nervous system and feel more calm, grounded, and in control.
All levels are welcome — no flexibility or previous yoga experience is required.
• 8 in-person therapeutic yoga sessions, each building progressively week by week
• Each session is centred around a different theme — including the nervous system, mindfulness, the vagus nerve, somatic awareness and more
Each session includes:
✔ Practical, evidence-based, neuro-somatic techniques to support nervous system regulation and resilience beyond the sessions
✔ Simple, effective breathing practices
✔ Gentle movement to release tension and stress
✔ Guided meditations
✔ Handouts and resources to support your learning
✔ Lifetime access to a shared Google Drive folder — a growing library of everything covered throughout the programme
All props are provided — mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets.
You’ll be supported within a warm, intentionally small group, allowing space for connection and personalized guidance.
