This free session focuses on the theme of regulating the nervous system and includes:
A diaphragmatic breathing technique to support calm and balance
A relieving breath practice to release tension
Gentle movement designed to ease stress and stiffness
A guided Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) meditation
Healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls to further soothe and down-regulate the nervous system
Bonus: Learn a science-backed technique to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and tone the vagus nerve.
