Gentle Yoga for Nervous System Regulation

This gentle class is especially supportive for those living with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or feelings of being constantly in “fight or flight,” making it difficult to slow down or switch off.
Each session blends the ancient tools of yoga — including breathwork, mindful movement, restorative postures, and guided relaxation — with modern therapeutic, evidence-based techniques that support nervous system regulation and resilience.
Classes are designed not only to bring ease during the session itself, but also to offer practical tools you can carry into everyday life, helping cultivate greater calm, balance, and steadiness throughout your week.
This is a nurturing, non-judgmental space to slow down, reconnect, and gently support your wellbeing.
