Thanks to the incredible feedback and the real results participants have experienced in easing stress and anxiety in previous programmes, I’m excited to offer a third round!

This programme offers: 🧘♀️
8 in-person therapeutic yoga sessions, each themed to build progressively, covering topics such as Nervous system regulation, Vagus nerve toning, Mindfulness, Somatic awareness and more
Each session includes:
✔ A unique breathing technique
✔ Gentle movement practices to release stress and tension
✔ A guided meditation practice
✔ Shared resources supporting the focus of the session, that you can keep & refer back to for life

While the programme is designed to build week by week, I’ve decided to also open it up on a casual, drop in basis too- making it more accessible for those who aren’t in a place to commit to the full 8 weeks but would like to attend drop in sessions. Support for stress and anxiety should feel easeful—not out of reach 🤍
