🌿A Nervous System Reset- An evidence based 8-Week Yoga Therapy Programme for Stress & Anxiety- Round 4

Thanks to the incredible feedback and the real results participants have experienced in easing stress and anxiety in previous programmes, I’m excited to offer a fourth round!

This 8 week, evidence-based Yoga Therapy programme, offers more than temporary relief - it’s about creating lasting change.

Through breath, movement, and mindfulness, it supports long-term nervous system regulation and emotional resilience.

With such a wide variety of breathing techniques, mindfulness tools and meditation styles explored throughout the programme, participants have the chance to discover what truly works for them.

You’ll learn how to breathe with awareness, meditate with confidence, and build a personal toolkit you can draw on for life — practical resources to help you stay grounded, centred, and calm, whenever life gets overwhelming.

Who it’s for: This programme is designed for those experiencing stress, anxiety or anyone looking for practical tools to feel more calm, grounded, and in control.

Open to all levels — no previous yoga experience is required.

This programme offers: 🧘‍♀️

8 in-person therapeutic yoga sessions, each themed to build progressively, covering topics such as Nervous system regulation, Vagus nerve toning, Mindfulness, Somatic awareness and more

Each session includes:

✔ A unique breathing technique

✔ Gentle movement practices to release stress and tension

✔ A guided meditation practice

✔ Shared resources supporting the focus of the session, that you can keep & refer back to for life

You'll take away:

  • Skills to regulate the nervous system and support long-term resilience
  • A variety of breathwork techniques to soothe stress and promote calm
  • Confidence in meditation, having guided exposure to different styles
  • Gentle movement practices to release stress and tension
