This 8-week programme runs regularly due to popular demand, and spaces tend to fill quickly — signing up for the discovery session in advance is recommended.
This session focuses on the theme of regulating the nervous system and includes:
• A science-backed technique to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and support vagal tone
•A diaphragmatic breathing technique to support calm and balance
• Gentle movement designed to ease stress and stiffness
• A guided Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) meditation
• BONUS: The healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls during meditation

Gentle and accessible for all bodies and abilities. No previous yoga experience required.
