
If you’re feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, or like you’re constantly “on,” this class is designed to help you come back into balance.
These sessions are part of the Nervous System Reset, originally created as an 8-week therapeutic programme and now offered as flexible drop-in classes — so those who need this support most can access it without commitment.
Each class helps shift the system out of survival mode and into a state of calm and safety through simple, guided practices.
This is for anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, or overwhelm, or simply seeking practical, supportive ways to regulate the nervous system and feel more calm, grounded, and in control.
All levels are welcome — no prior yoga experience or flexibility is required.
Each week explores a different theme such as the nervous system, mindfulness, the vagus nerve, somatic awareness, and deep rest.
Each session includes:
Breathwork to support regulation and calm
Gentle movement to release tension
Guided meditation and relaxation
Practical nervous system tools
Handouts and a shared resource library
You’ll leave with simple, practical ways to support yourself when life feels overwhelming.
This is not about temporary relief — it is about creating lasting tools you can carry into everyday life.

Drop-in class: $25
Includes the 1-hour session, handouts, and access to a shared Google Drive folder with supporting resources, such as guided breathwork practices and technique explanations to support you beyond our shared space.
