
This session is part of the 8-week Yoga Therapy programme for stress, anxiety & nervous system regulation.
It is available as a drop-in for those who attended the opening discovery session and would like to continue with the following session as a pay-as-you-go option.
The session includes:
An introduction to the theme, exploring how living outside of the present moment can contribute to stress and anxiety
4:8 breathing to support activation of the parasympathetic nervous system
Gentle, mindful movement to release tension
Yoga Nidra meditation to support deep rest and calm
Sound healing to support deep relaxation and integration
Two bonus grounding practices to gently guide you back into the present whenever stress or anxiety overwhelms you.

All of the above in the in-person yoga therapy session
Lifetime access to a shared Google Drive resource folder, thoughtfully designed to support you beyond the session itself
This folder is a gentle companion, a personal toolbox you can revisit whenever you need support, helping you bring calm and presence into everyday life, especially during moments of stress, anxiety, or nervous system overwhelm.
