In this deeply restorative evening, you will be guided on a meditative journey by the resonant vibrations of sacred mantra and the pure tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, the expansive wash of the gong, the grounding pulse of drums, the clear notes of chimes and more.

How to Prepare:
Your comfort is priority. It's recommended to dress in warm, cozy layers to help you fully relax.

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket to create your own comfortable nest.
