There’s no pressure or obligation to continue with sessions. This is simply a space to ask questions, gain clarity, and explore what feels right for your journey.

The consultation can take place either by phone or in person in Nelson—whichever feels most comfortable for you.

Sessions are adapted to meet you where you are, and no flexibility or previous yoga experience is required.
